We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Account Manager for our client in Leuven, driving expansion in the exciting realm of mobile application protection.
As a crucial member of the sales team, you will play a pivotal role in the growth of the company. As an adept Account Manager, you'll be skilled at uncovering untapped revenue streams within your accounts.
Here are some of your responsibilities:
- Renew and expand contracts with major clients through strong relationship-building and continuous value addition throughout their lifecycle.
- Identify upsell opportunities
- Clearly define and regularly review success criteria with customers to ensure optimal performance.
- Present demos showcasing "future state" opportunities, illustrating the potential of a next-level implementation
- Utilize sales management tools to track and enhance sales activities.
- Target key decision-makers within organizations known for developing top-tier applications.
- Establish robust partnerships with procurement, legal, and security teams, alongside primary decision-makers in sales and marketing.
- Identify and support at-risk customers, ensuring retention and success.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
Proven experience in managing Enterprise-level sales cycles.
Preference given to those with experience in selling to decision-makers.
Strong aptitude for both selling and building lasting customer relationships.
Business acumen and comfort with presenting and relationship-building.
Experience with the APAC region is considered a plus.
