Looking for a new job opportunity and experience in an administrative position? Our client in Leuven is looking for an Allround Administrative Officer.
Responsibilities
- Manage company fleet needs
- Making travel arrangements
- Collaborate closely with the finance department
- Backing up the reception
- Office management
- Support the company in all sorts of administrative tasks
Wat wij van jou vragen:
- You have a Bachelor Degree or have gained equivalent experience
- You have at least 1 relevant previous experience in a similar role as an Administrative Officer/Assistant
- A first experience with fleet and travel management is a big plus
- You have a good general understanding of business systems such as Google Cloud, MS Office, ERP’s/CRM’s, …
- You have excellent communication skills and outstanding spoken and written skills in Dutch and English
- You are very organizational and know how to manage priorities and respect deadlines
- You are flexible and open to carrying out more polyvalent tasks, depending on business needs
