Customer Support Officer

As a Customer Success Manager you will be working in a fast growing organization. You are often in contact with our customers to assess their needs, and to see how our services/products can help them. Your main focus will be on building strong relationships and managing existing client in Easypost’s portfoilio together with our salesteam.

  • Customer service & first-line support
  • Act as the main point of contact to clients
  • Develop a relationship with key client stakeholders
  • Consult customers to leverage Easypost’s e-services
  • Identify and grow opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with our sales teams to ensure the growth attainment.
  • Collect and analyze client’s feedback and present it internally.
  • Project manager on custom (integration/onboarding) projects

  • We are looking for someone who easily can understand the customers’ everyday life. You have a passion for people, are someone who likes to take initiative and are willing to go the extra mile to become a key player in a growing incubator’s team.
  • You are a problem solver – someone who can turn a tricky situation in a positive outcome.
  • Strong customer-oriented focus and customer facing skills, proactively manage customers’ expectations and recognize customers’ needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and French (ext.), professionally proficient in English (int.)
