The global leader in sales training and performance improvement is looking for a customer success associate – project coordinator. This position will be based at the headquarters in Zaventem and will give service to its global subsidiaries. Our global organization is comprised of a Belgium parent company with operating subsidiaries located in Belgium, UK, China, Singapore and the United States. They conduct business across the globe in many languages. They keep their customers moving in the right direction by delivering new and innovating perspectives to their sales challenges.
The customer success associate will be the point of contact for the clients during and post their sales implementation. The ideal candidate excels at customer service, communication and administrative tasks. Therefore being organised is key to meet deadlines and schedules.
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone with excellent verbal and written communication in English. Knowledge of Dutch, French and other EU-languages is a big asset. We are also in need of someone who’s fluent with MS Office Suite, and has experience in CRM software, experience with other systems like SharePoint,NetSuite/Microsoft Project, Adobe or InDesign are a plus.
We’re looking for someone who’s able to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, team-oriented environment, as well as the ability to work with minimal supervision. A problem solving personality who’s able to prioritize tasks.
