Tasks and responsibilities:
It is your responsibility to provide HR Business Partner services to the Belgian based employees, working closely with the managers and directors to ensure that a skilled and effective HR service is provided. Providing support and guidance to managers and employees located across Belgium and internationally.
Your duties will include; coaching managers to develop their leadership capabilities, analysing and reporting trends and working closely with leaders to identify proactive HR led strategies. You will be responsible for ensuring effective resolution of employee relations issues and the implementation of global and local policies.
Qualifications and/or experience:
An experience in a professional HR environment; highly motivated with the ability to work independently, handling multiple tasks effectively with excellent attention to detail. Being solutions focused and keeping this balanced with a company approach. You must have and demonstrate a solid understanding and up to date working knowledge of employment law for Belgium. It’s important to communicate in fluent business English as well as Dutch.
