Concrete worker 2 shifts

Are you the motivated concrete worker we are looking for 2 shifts position?

We are seeking motivated concrete workers to join our team at a company located in Wielsbeke.

Responsibilities:

• Create the correct formwork based on a production plan.
• Primarily work with metal formwork with fixed steel partitions, though custom-made wooden partitions may also be used.
• Clean the formwork, apply oil, and smooth the concrete.
• Work in a two-shift system under the supervision of a shift leader.

Requirements:

• Experience as a concrete worker is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail, quality, and safety; precise and punctual.
• Motivated to start a new challenge.
• Passionate about construction (concrete) and eager to learn.
• Stable CV and looking for a long-term permanent job.
