Specialized Account Manager (m/v)

The TD Advanced Solutions Specialised Account Manager is face of their chosen vendor within TD
Advanced Solutions and the reseller. They are responsible for developing excellent partnerships with
the vendor and the customers, and for building good relations with sales to make TD Advanced
Solutions distributor of choice on all sides. Responsible for ensuring proper forecasting and target
achievement, with typical TD Advanced Solutions focus on long-term customer relationships,
teaming with the vendor sales and channel people and pipeline management.

• Ensure they have the appropriate expertise to meet the requirements
• Good knowledge of vendor’s market position and how to sell their technology
• Good technical knowledge of vendor technologies and portfolio
• Build strong relationships with peers at the vendor
• Align with the vendor on a regular basis around the pipeline
• Conduct face-to-face customer visits
• Develop and execute engagement / business plans for own business unit
• Develop and maintain close customers relationships; build solid partnerships through the
provision of an outstanding quality service
• Achievement of key operational and financial KPI’s
• Proactively maintain relationships on different levels; including Director level, within each
• Be an ambassador for TD Advanced Solutions, and position TD Advanced Solutions with the
key stakeholders
• Build incremental business in existing accounts through excellent account management.
• Profiling and analysing of the account set, creating and taking actions to grow new vendor
business opportunities
• Maintain a commercially viable trading relationship
• Seek new opportunities outside of existing accounts
• Work with Internal Sales to maintain and improve any Service Level Agreements to enhance
• Work in partnership with Business Development Manager and generic Sales to grow existing
accounts and prospect new accounts
