Logistics Coordinator

For a major medical company specialised in clinical research we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator.  You’ll be arranging all supply chain and transportation administration on all researched and yet to be researched samples. On top of that you’ll be responsible for all quality and compliance investigation.

Logistic Tasks:

• Import Process – review documents and provide clearance instructions to customs for all incoming shipments
• Export process – raising required documents 
• Pro-actively handle internal and external client enquiries and issues
• Day to day interaction with couriers to arrange shipments and source the best shipping options
• Participation in cross functional business process improvement activities as the need arises

Wat wij van jou vragen:

A strong fluent knowledge both written and spoken in English is necessary, knowledge in another language is a big asset. Logistics tasks such as shipping, calling, mailing, checking in on stock, are interesting to you. A detail and client oriented mentality is needed. You’ll be working closely with the Associate Sample Coordinators, the team packing, unpacking and arranging the samples physically.  People minded thinking is key.
