Administrative Support Training

As an addministrative support on the training department you are responsable for:

- managing the education mailbox

- handling the course administration

- preparing instructor's information

- handling the invoicing

- follow-up on customer returns

- manage customer funding requests

- handling course logistics

- maintain and distribute the course schedule + maintain the schedule on the website

- managing the accounting reports

- input courses on internal and external applications

Wat wij van jou vragen:

- Bachelor level or equal by experience

- First experience with administrative tasks

- Excellent knowledge of English and good knowledge of Dutch and French (oral and written)

- Excellent MS Office skills and easy assimilation of new tools

- excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

- pro active, problem solver, customer oriented, stress resistant

- positive mindset

- enthusiast and dynamic team player

- strong planning and organisation skills

Wat wij jou bieden:

Temporary assignment untill the end of 2022 in a challenging environment in Tervuren.

Training is provided in the company

Possibility of homework (f.e. 2 days/week)
